Lease-Finance Resources, Inc. was founded in 1983 to serve the emerging market
of thrift institutions with earning assets. Despite the bank closings of the early 1990's, and later consolidation of the
industry, Lease-Finance has maintained active relationships with many New England banks for over twenty years.
The
company has expanded to include a small ticket department providing W.B. Mason Company, and other equipment suppliers, with
vendor leasing services. Our Office-Lease program has written leases for W. B. Mason office furniture sales since
1985.
Lease client's have included multi-national, Fortune 100, regional middle market companies as well as local
firms. The client list includes The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, The American Red Cross, Arbella Mutual Insurance Company,
Infinium Software, Neighborhood Health Plan, Weymouth Club, Bernie's Audio Video, Travis Mortgage and Microsulis Americas.
Lease-Finance
prides itself upon its reputation in the New England banking, and business, community as illustrated by its long-term relationships.
Management comes from a banking background, having built bank equipment leasing operations in the past. This experience
allows Lease-Finance to bring a myriad of abilities to the table ranging from credit solutions to accounting and tax
structuring. Management was responsible for creating the first municipal lease for the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority,
and the first Safe Harbor leases for Apollo Computer now known under the name of Hewlett Packard.
In short, we do not simply throw lease factors to the wind, but instead take
the time to work with a client... an old time characteristic that is becoming harder to find in today's economy.
Hence our motto:
"The RESOURCE on your side"
